Traditionally appearing on an Alderney coin, this year’s tribute from The Royal Mint has been struck on an official United Kingdom £5 coin. The reverse design was created by Royal Mint graphic designer Stephen Taylor, whose realistic poppies are highlighted in the coin’s vibrant colour printing. Just 5000 silver Proof coins are available struck in 925 sterling silver and finished to Proof standard.
