What Happened? 2019 $1 Rum Rebellion PNC

There was a problem with the recent release of the Australia Post PNC the  'Rum Rebellion', it should have had the Royal Australian Mint's 2019 $1 Rum Rebellion Coin but to what I can assume to a comedy of errors it got all the way to release with the incorrect coin, it actually was released on Thursday 13th with the Royal Australian Mint's 2019 $1 Mutiny on the Bounty Coin.  Even though the error was realised on the morning of the release a small number of the PNC's have got out into the public and are selling for around the $225 - $250  mark.  If Australia Post released a statement letting collectors know just how many did get out and it as low as the rumours then the market price on these will only go up.
